| So.... stock air box was in my car, I could hear the goose honk. However, I've been told that the recircs will NOT honk with the OEM intake... so why did mine??? I installed the JWT Pop and the honk got louder. It was explained to me that a brand new TT(or brand new recircs) will honk with the removal of the OEM airbox. It was also said that the honk is "normal".... yes it's normal if you mean tons of people have the honk. Basically, you should ALWAYS hear the honk if it's "normal"... but seeing as you don't always have the honk, it's not normal. I think the honk comes about when the internal spring in the recircs becomes weak. Now it's fun time for you all
